Revenge
I want to talk about revenge today. I want to seek punishment on those that do harm to US Military Veterans when we come home. We back here in the USA have the police that “Protect and Serve” guided by the highest law the Constitution to equally bring justice to all. We have a separate branch of government to see that justice is not power in the wrong hands but laws and rules for the common man and women to live by to bring harmony into an other wise unpredictable daily life. In NH a few years back there was the Carl Drega case where this man followed the proper procedures to live a quiet life in Colbrook NH. Judges, Police, selectmen and the town planning board all conspired to harm this man for they did not think he was good enough to live in their town. The town newspaper was so biased that they told the truth in a way that harmed Mr. Drega’s character in the public eye while supporting those with power. Mr. Drega took the ridicule and harm for many years unable to muster any public support for the power of government to harm one’s character is camouflage for government retribution to those that do not tow the line as a follower. No record exists of this case other than the altered police records to protect the state trooper’s character that was killed making Drega the culprit. The word of mouth from those that new the case of Mr. Drega tell a totally different story completely opposite the state’s case. What other avenue than revenge existed when all the proper channels have expired?
The computer is an entire new form of communication and record keeping. My letters go around the world and will forever be a part of history. My letters are a start to the world learning just what the USA does to those that once gave everything to keep you back here safe and free. Revenge is the act of seeking justice for those wrongful acts committed against a person when the police and justice department become corrupt and no longer respect our highest law the Constitution. The Constitution obligates we the people “when all other means of redress are ineffectual” to seek revenge as any reasonable person would intrepid the words of our Constitution.
AS a volunteer we brought a case to the NH Supreme Court of Judge Peter Fauver using the law to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to steal land from local resident for person gain. The SC refuse to hear the case of brother judge’s criminal acts by just a common man. NH governor Lynch refuses to speak with me. Local and State Police harass and intimidate my friends to isolate me. The local sheriff detains me, as a loophole for the newspapers not to understand to detain is to arrest and take a citizens freedom illegally. The VA stops my medical care for combat related disabilities until I stop writing letters of government wrongs. All avenues to address “redress of grievances” have been followed and failed. The people in Power such as NH Governor Lynch refuse to communicate with the common man.
The Newspapers tell the truth, as mental illness and danger are a fear the public must be aware of when near me. This disabled veteran is a human being that volunteers everyday to help others. The truth in the newspapers is not always the truth but a manipulation of words to prevent libel suits. Revenge is not always violence. Revenge can be the truth permanently in the computer. Guess?

Pat Tillman seven years
Pat Tillman
This man gave up his football career to fight for the freedom of the United States of America. How does the individual tell the US that they are wrong? Millions of people over the history of the USA since the start fought in one-way or another to see that the proud tradition of the equal justice for all. These men and women gave to protect and defend our Constitution for this is the heart of what we the people stand for. Pat gave his life as all the others for freedom of the press so that all US citizens can be informed voters if they themselves chose to be. Freedom is knowledge of all aspects of what our government officials are doing. Cover-ups or secret actions of any branch of the government can never be allowed. National security is one thing but to use this excuse must be stopped for all that so few want to keep secret. Each individual that works for the US Government must give up their right to privacy when their actions involve the public. If the government wants to harm the average US citizen information is divulged in the name of safety of the general public justifying character assignation in defiance or our constitution. Think of Pat and all the other men and women like Pat looking down and seeing that they gave there lives in VAIN. Government retribution is against the law.
It is not only in the small states like NH but across the USA. NH stops my VA medical and takes my freedom to silence my free speech. I have violated no laws but for the safety of the community my words are censored. I speak loudly and with out hesitation of the NH Supreme Court criminally violating the Constitution by using the Law to enforce discrimination for personal gain. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case presented and documented of Judge Peter Fauver criminally using the power of the people trusted in him to harm local US residents. The newspapers censor the facts to protect the reputation of political figures. The newspapers in the name of public safety decide my candidacy for NH State Senate is to be kept secret. My announcement and opinion letters of my intent of what I will do if elected every newspaper not only in NH but also across the USA refuse to inform the voters. Our nation is built on the fact that in a civilized society talking over violence is the way to solve disagreements. The NH Supreme Court violated the Constitution knowingly with intend to harm the citizens of the USA. These are facts that the newspapers are obligated to inform the public about. The newspapers tell you that I am a danger to scare the public to ridicule and reject me.
NH is such a proud state that animal stories get front page head lines and US Military Veterans get opinion letters of government harm to the veteran censored.
Pat I still feel proud for our actions and I hope to soon be out there with all of you. The citizens of the USA have shown that all US Military Veterans are not welcome to come home if we do not to stay silent. All of our US Military give so that election can be free and the opportunity for any US citizen to run. Silence is something this US Marine can not be if it means allowing the NH Supreme Court to use discrimination to control the public. Thank you Pat and the rest of you for the USA.

Duty, Honor, Country General MacArthur
DUTY, HONOR, COUNTRY GENERAL MacArthur
General MacArthur back in 1962 recognized the attitude of the US citizens that never serve degrading view of what the US Military men and women are. A responder to my opinion just asked me if “I really believe that the US Military protects our Constitution”. I believe in the United States of American and the people that this great nation stands for. I as every citizen in the USA have a duty to keep the beliefs and hopes of the revolution that started the USA for future generation to build and live on. Eleven percent of us join the US Military. That does not make the others and what they do to serve this great nation any less important. This is what freedom is all about. The duty to place the guaranteed rights of our Constitution for the equal protection of every citizen with out care for race, creed or color can never diminish is our responsibility. We that serve in our military survived by doing things that those that took other paths will never understand and General MacArthur spoke of it so others could see how their words hurt.
From the revolution it was recognized the importance of the newspaper for the average citizen to have a means to correct wrongs in government. To honor a nation is not just to fight for her. Honor is the willingness to speak out against those that greed or selfishness diminishes others rights. Honor is the strength to stand and help other citizens in need. Honor is the responsibility of the average citizen to stand in front of the NH Supreme Court and tell them their actions are wrong, not for ones self but to help others that the SC actions have hurt. Honor is the willingness to respect others views as a way to make future generation better off than we are even when the other’s views contradict our views. Honor is the ability to communicate to solve differences for a civilized society must respect all opinion for freedom to exist.
General MacArthur took on odds against what the rational mind saw as achievable. My taking a case to the NH SC to expose Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal wrongs against our Constitution is every citizen’s duty and honor. A Madbury family called me (someone they did not know) because the Madbury NH selectmen were using the trusted power of government to discriminate against them. Judge Fauver knew and participated in this criminal act. The NH SC in written form was handed a case spelling out the criminal diminishing of our Constitution to harm US citizens. To stop my freedom of speech the NH government put me in jail under the Patriot Act as a terrorist. When the terrorist angle did not work they stopped my medical care for combat related disabilities.
Country is when we take a little bit of General MacArthur’s backbone and realize and stand for what the United States of America is. Don’t just thank a US Military veteran when you see them. Respect and honor what we did it for, which is the country of the United States of America and equal justice for all. Newspaper censoring the opinion of the people is like spitting on Duty, Honor And Country.

Our Political leaders are so powerful that they no longer care. Virginia Tech is just one of our many. Waco, Oklahoma Federal, Twin Towers, and the list just goes on. I since 1999 have been volunteer helping a Madbury NH family. The Madbury NH selectmen use their elected powers to harm citizens that they do not like. NH judges use the power of the courts to protect these selectmen. The NH Supreme court protects the judges case file 2003-0477. Yes, I drop out of school at 17 to join the Marine Corps. I took a case pro/se volunteer all the way to the Supreme Court. These judges and politicians use the power of government to intentionally harm citizens and no one cares. Do you think maybe this is a Va tech symptom. We have a constitution to stop such criminal behavior by judges and government officials. It gets worse.
I am a 100% disabled United States Marine from the Vietnam era. I have three serious injures two received during Combat support missions. I volunteer to help people that were so desperate they called someone they only knew from letters to the editor for help. NH to stop my volunteer helping this Madbury NH family put me in jail under the Patriot Act. Had my Veterans Medical stopped, took thousands of dollars from me, blocks my contact with government agencies, sends the NH State police to harass my family at my home and wife’s work, and much more. I have a Traumatic brain injury, broken back and loss of hearing in both ears but I continue to help this family because it is our obligation. President Bush ignores my pleads for help. The Federal government can not be bothered by a nobody that dropped out of high school. Congress woman Carol Shea-Porter had the Dover NH police arrest me to stop my letter to the editor about her. She lied on a police complaint. I was detained for many hours before it was determined the complaint was a ploy to stop my letter. Carol when I was released used her influence on the Arm-Services committee to have a NH VA hospital Dr Biswas sign a commitment order. At great expense I was handcuffed and shackled at my home, taken to the Dover hospital where after 5 hours it was determined Biswas order had no merit. Next Carol has a DC special agent flown on a private jet to NH to arrest me. The Lee and Dover NH police refuse to allow me to file a complaint because as they said Carol is a NH congresswoman. I have nothing left. My wife is seeking a divorce. My life is sitting around the house each day because people are afraid to be near me. The news and newspapers see no harm in destroying my character in the public eye. The news tells bogus lies and the people believe them. The news censors my side of the news. Communication does not exist in NH . Governor lynch charged me money to speak with him. I paid and he refused. This is a criminal violation. Citizens have to pay to speak to a government official. I once dreamed of coming back to a country that I only knew from what other Marines talked about. From my TBI I have no memory of life prior to the MC. Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter

www.NHInsider.com on line newspapers is a great idea of allowing the people to talk freely, censors a disabled veteran’s words. I volunteer over 1000hr/yr helping others, since 1974 when I returned. Last week Congresswoman Shea-Porter had me arrested (detained) on her lies. Had a VA Dr. Biswas sign an involuntary commitment form on her lies. Had a special agent from the DC terrorist task force fly to NH to arrest me no her lies. The Dover and lee NH police refuse to take my complaint about her because she is a congresswoman. Whom do the police protect and serve. A Congress woman lies to inflict pain and suffering on a disabled veteran and the newspapers write articles making the disabled veteran look guilty knowing the articles are wrong. I was running for school board and because of these lies and articles, I heard a child ask his mother “If this man gets elected will he kill the kids in my school” as I passed them on the street.
I am a nobody who at 17 joined the Marine Corps. I came back after a 31 month tour overseas during the Vietnam conflict to a world that I did not belong. I volunteer because I should never have come back alive. There are better men than I that died defending freedom that deserved life more than I. I owe these hero’s. This is why no matter what harm or hardships people like Judge Fauver, Shea-Porter, gov Lynch, NH state police or others inflict on me I will continue. It is not this Madbury family that I give for. This Madbury NH family is every United States citizen. If the Madbury NH selectmen are allowed to choose whom has freedom and judges like Fauver use the power of the court’s to protect them, freedom does not exist. The NH Insider and the other newspapers seem to want to protect the NH elite society over the rights or the individual.
